After taking the first dose of the abortion pill, a woman called the abortion clinic and was told it was too late to change her mind. In desperation, she called iChoose. She cried as she told us she regretted her decision. Thankfully, we knew better and connected her with the abortion pill reversal helpline. Can the abortion pill be reversed? The simple answer is “yes,” if it’s done within 72 hours of taking the first pill.
Typically, it’s best to meet face to face with a client, but sometimes a phone conversation, like the one mentioned above, can make all the difference. A phone call can be a window into the soul. We asked, “What’s going on,” and she told us everything on her heart. By the grace of God, we now had an opportunity to lead her to a place of hopefulness.
What if iChoose had not been there? What if she didn't have anyone else to give her hope? Praise God we were there to help her, and our phone conversation made a difference for Life!
